Rainy and a chance of tarballs

NOAA oils pill prediction map

NOAA has run a 500-model what-if scenario on the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, dating back to the day the rig sank. They assume that 33,000 barrels per day are getting into the gulf, past the top hat, skimmers and other collection schemes.

This prediction indicates we have a 61% to 80% probability of seeing tar balls on South Florida beaches. More here.
