During the last few weeks, the Central Intelligence Agency, the International Energy Agency and the World Bank have all released reports warning about the impact of global warming. These follow similar reports from the United States Military Defense Science Board, the United Nations and Brookings Institution. Read it and weep. All these reports warn of the potential for hunger, migration, loss of life and great cost to nations.
So at what point do our leaders decide it’s time to act and stop kicking the can down the melted asphalt?
